Procedures

If you visit without an appointment

First-time patients Returning patients
Please go to the customer support center on the 1st floor and receive a referral to the appropriate department from a nurse based on your symptoms. Then, fill out the personal information consent form and submit your identification card and medical referral (for protected patients, bring the medical benefit request form) to the reception desk and receive a registration receipt. Finally, submit the receipt to the nurse's station of the corresponding department. Please visit the reception desk on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor to receive a registration receipt and submit it to the nurse's station of the corresponding department.
After treatment, please visit the payment desk on the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd floor to pay your medical expenses and receive further instructions.
For patients with external prescriptions, please visit axternal pharmacy. For patients with internal prescriptions, please use the in-hospital pharmacy on the 14th floor and then return home.

  • Monday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • (Lunch break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM)
Medical Information
We have simplified our clinic information, including allowing patients to pay for their consultation fees afterwards and go directly to the clinic department for treatment after registering by phone.
We also implement a "pre-test system" where patients who receive same-day tests and prescriptions can receive their results and medication before paying for the test fees.
(However, there are exceptions.)
Appointment Booking Method
After receiving treatment
Patients can book their next appointment directly with the relevant department and pay at the billing counter to complete the appointment booking.

Alternatively, you can call the outpatient nursing room with your medical record number or date of birth, name, and department you received treatment in.
(Same-day phone reservations are excluded)

After registering for online reservation, a staff member will call to confirm your appointment.
You can go directly to the relevant department and inform the nurse of your reservation or show your reservation confirmation
Quick Link to Appointment Booking
If you cannot receive treatment on your scheduled appointment date, you can call the department or reservation staff member you booked with until one day before the appointment date to change or cancel.
